David C. Loe

Practicing law in Los Angeles, Orange County and Long Beach since 1990, David Loe has served as court-appointed counsel in numerous matters as a Judge Pro Tem and possesses decades of experience in the courtroom, conducting numerous civil jury and non-jury trials. During his three decades of service, he has also served effectively as a mediator in highly complex matters.

David provides his clients a wide range of legal services — from simple business matters, to multifaceted corporate transactions, business and tort litigation — as well as real estate law (including entitlement, environmental compliance and liability, litigation and transactions).

He is also highly experienced in the areas of litigation; business and corporate matters; pharmaceuticals; bankruptcy/creditors’ rights; and other matters in the legal arena. David is committed to providing efficient, high-quality legal representation to the business community, as well as to individual clients, and he takes pride in his ability to offer creative problem-solving at a reasonable cost.

David believes that the formula for legal success is simple: Understand the problems and/or needs, respond to inquiries quickly, make a "bottom-line" recommendation, and then work to address the issues in the most effective and economical manner possible.
